Our window sills are fabricated and delivered within 7–9 working days as standard, or 5–7 working days with our express service.

 

Under 3 sills: Delivered via Parcelforce or UPS, packaged in a bespoke wooden frame for safe transit.

3 or more sills: Delivered on a pallet, securely enclosed within a bespoke wooden frame.

 

If you have any special delivery requests or details that may help our courier, please email us after placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.

 

Important: Please do not book in tradespeople or installers until your order has arrived and you have checked the goods. This ensures there is time to confirm everything is in perfect condition and helps avoid delays or potential cancellation charges from your tradesperson/installer.

Yes – all of our window sills can be made to your exact measurements. Simply enter your dimensions when ordering, and we’ll cut and finish each piece to your requirements.

What materials are available for your window sills?

We currently offer quartz and slate options on our website. However, if you email us, we can provide many more materials, including granite, marble, and other natural stones, tailored to your project.

Are the window sills sealed before delivery?

Yes – all exposed surfaces are sealed before leaving our workshop to provide added resistance to moisture and staining. For natural stone, we recommend resealing periodically to maintain performance.

What edge profiles can I choose from?

We can provide sawn, chamfered, or polished edges depending on the material and your preference. The most popular choice is a chamfered front edge for a clean, modern finish.

How are window sills delivered?

Orders of 3 or fewer sills are delivered via Parcelforce or UPS in a bespoke wooden frame. Orders of more than 3 sills are sent on a pallet, also securely framed for safe transit.
