Lead Times
Most Dream Stone Store products are made to order and fabricated to your specifications. As a result, lead times may vary depending on the product type, material selected and complexity of the order.
Typical lead times for our most common products are:
Fabrication & Dispatch:
8–14 Working Days
For deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland, typical lead times are:
Fabrication & Dispatch:
9–15 Working Days
Please note that larger or more complex products may require additional fabrication time.

Delivery Methods
Most orders are shipped via a UK pallet courier network to ensure safe transportation of heavy stone products.
Orders are securely packaged and placed within protective wooden frames or palletised crates to prevent movement and damage during transport.
Delivery will typically be made using a tail-lift lorry, with goods unloaded using a pump truck.
Please note the following courier limitations:

Drivers cannot carry goods into your property

Delivery is typically made to your driveway, garage, or accessible pathway

If the terrain is unsuitable for a pump truck (for example gravel, steep slopes or steps), delivery may be made kerbside
Customers are responsible for ensuring that adequate access is available for delivery vehicles. If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, additional redelivery charges may apply.
Inspecting Your Delivery
It is important that goods are inspected prior to signing the delivery note.
If your order arrives damaged:

Please sign the delivery note as DAMAGED

The courier will reload the goods

We will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched within 1–2 working days
If the delivery note is signed as clean or unchecked and damage is reported afterwards, a recollection fee of £30.00 may apply.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, please inspect your order as soon as possible and notify us of any damage or issues within 24 hours of delivery. Orders reported within this timeframe will qualify for a free return or replacement where applicable.
Dream Stone Store Local Deliveries
For some locations within our operating regions, delivery may be carried out directly by Dream Stone Store.
When delivered by our team, we may be able to assist with placing goods inside your property or preferred location, where safe and practical to do so.
Please ensure goods are inspected prior to signing the delivery note.
If the delivery note is signed as clean and damage is reported afterwards, a £30.00 recollection fee may apply.
Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Charges
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery on the agreed delivery date and that the delivery location is accessible for the delivery vehicle.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

Restricted access for the delivery vehicle

Unsafe or unsuitable terrain for unloading

Refusal of delivery without valid reason
The courier may return the goods to the depot.
In these cases, a redelivery charge of £30.00 will apply.
This charge applies to both pallet courier deliveries and deliveries carried out by Dream Stone Store.
Please note that redeliveries may also result in additional delays, depending on courier availability and scheduling.
