Your order will be packaged securely to a UK Standard Pallet and delivery will be made by a Third Party Pallet Courier. Delivery will arrive on a Tail-Lift Lorry and will be transported from the lorry to your property via a pump truck. Please note the following:

• The courier driver cannot carry goods into your property, only to your driveway, garage or pathway.
• The courier driver may refuse transporting your goods from the lorry to your doorstep if the terrain isn't suitable for the pump truck. This will result in a curb side delivery.
