Our hearths are fabricated and delivered within 7–9 working days as standard. Orders to Northern Ireland and Scotland take between 9–12 working days.

All hearths are palletised and packaged in a bespoke wooden frame for maximum protection during transit.

If you have any special delivery requests or details that may help our courier, please email us after placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.

Important: Please do not book in tradespeople or installers until your order has arrived and you have checked the goods. This ensures there is time to confirm everything is in perfect condition and helps avoid delays or potential cancellation charges from your tradesperson/installer. We cannot be liable for any charges you may receive from your tradesperson if work has been booked prior and the hearth is not yet with you or arrives in an unsuitable condition.

Yes, all our hearths can be made to a specific size at no additional cost. Simply provide us with your required dimensions via email in the form of a diagram, drawing or simple written measurements.

We offer hearths in riven slate, honed slate, brushed slate, limestone, granite, and marble. If you have a specific material in mind that’s not listed, contact us — we can source many other options.

Are the hearths sealed before delivery?

Yes, all hearths are sealed to help protect against everyday use and to maintain their appearance. We do recommend re-sealing your hearth at least once a year to maintain it's appearance.

What edge profiles can I choose from?

Our standard edge profile is a chamfered edge, but other options such as bullnose and sawn are available to choose from.

Boxed & lipped options are available upon request.

How are hearths delivered?

All hearths are palletised and securely packaged within a bespoke wooden frame for safe transit.
