Our slips are fabricated and delivered within 7–9 working days as standard. Orders to Northern Ireland and Scotland take between 9–12 working days.

All slips are palletised and packaged in a bespoke wooden frame for maximum protection during transit.

If you have any special delivery requests or details that may help our courier, please email us after placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.

Important: Please do not book in tradespeople or installers until your order has arrived and you have checked the goods. This ensures there is time to confirm everything is in perfect condition and helps avoid delays or potential cancellation charges from your tradesperson/installer. We cannot be liable for any charges you may receive from your tradesperson if work has been booked prior and the hearth is not yet with you or arrives in an unsuitable condition.

Yes, all slips are sealed to help protect against everyday use and to maintain their appearance. We do recommend re-sealing your slips at least once a year to maintain it's appearance.

What edge profiles can I choose from?

Our standard edge profile is a chamfered edge, but other options such as bullnose and sawn are available to choose from.

How are slips delivered?

All slips are palletised and securely packaged within a bespoke wooden frame for safe transit.
